WHEREAS, as a result of COVID-19, the Governor of the State of Tennessee has requested that large public gatherings be eliminated, and that business be conducted remotely and by electronic means if possible; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Executive Order No. 16, the Board of Public Utilities of the City of Columbia, Tennessee, will hold its Quarterly Long-Term Water Supply Program Board Update Meeting via electronic means as set out below for the month of April 2020.
The Long-Term Water Supply Program Board Update meeting date and time is April 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be available by online webinar. Information to join the webinar and the agenda will be placed upon the CPWS website at www.cpws.com prior to the meeting. The public is invited to attend by electronic means. At the conclusion of the meeting, a recording of the meeting will be posted on the CPWS website in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order.
