Your monthly billing will consist of charges for electrical usage and water consumption, as well as sewage and sanitation charges. If you have PowerNet services (cable, internet, or telephone), those charges will also appear on a monthly bill.

Bank Draft – Have your bill automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. Click here to download the authorization form.
Online – Pay with a MasterCard or Visa Credit Card or Check by Internet through a secure connection.
NOTICE: Any payments made online will be posted the following business day, and will be subject to any late fees and/or reconnect fees incurred if payment is received late.
Check by Phone – Simply call us at 388-4833 and have your check ready.

Should you have any questions concerning the sanitation charges, please contact the City of Columbia Sanitation Department at 931-388-8650.
Questions regarding sewage charges should be directed to the City Waste Water Department at 931-388-2419.

In the event your power should go off after hours or during holidays, call us at 388-4833. However, before you call, make sure the problem is with CPWS and not your equipment to avoid any service call charges.

You can add $1.00 or more per month to your CPWS payment and we’ll do the rest through The Family Center’s Good Samaritan Program. To sign up, simply call our office at 931-388-4833, or click the button below to sign up online.
You have an opportunity to place technology in the classroom and impact students’ lives…all through a few cents each month. Round up your Columbia Power and Water Systems payment to the nearest dollar and consider adding an additional monthly donation. This money will go directly to the schools you designate and will only be spent on classroom technology.
