CPWS is pleased to announce our new Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) that went live Monday, January 6, 2020. This new system utilizes IVR technology, through simple phone prompts, to allow customers to report power outages more quickly and without extended phone hold times.
In addition to IVR, CPWS recently partnered with Cooperative Response Center (CRC), an off-site call center, to help assist customers with payments, general questions, and outage reporting outside of normal CPWS business hours. These new programs will help us to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively.
