WHEREAS, as a result of COVID-19, the Governor of the State of Tennessee has requested that large public gatherings be eliminated, and that business be conducted remotely and by electronic means if possible; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Executive Order No. 16, the Board of Public Utilities of the City of Columbia, Tennessee, will hold its regular monthly study sessions and monthly meeting via electronic means as set out below for the months of April and May,2020.
The study session dates and times are April 15, 2020 and May 13, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. The regular monthly meeting will be held on April 22, 2020 and May 27, 2020. The meetings will be available by online webinar. Information to join the webinar and the agenda will be placed upon the CPWS website at www.cpws.com prior to the meeting. The public is invited to attend by electronic means. At the conclusion of the meeting, a recording of the meeting will be posted on the CPWS website in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order.
