Our mission at CPWS is to provide exceptional service to our customers. We have been working hard to evaluate our processes and practices to improve customer experience and service. Over the next year, we will be announcing new programs and responses to better communicate with the people that matter most- YOU.
Today, we are proud to announce the addition of an outage map to our website ( https://oms.cpws.com ). This map will help customers to know whether an outage has been reported in their area. The map, which is updated every minute, shows our service area outlined in black. If there are any outages, they will show with a color-coded square (predicted outage) or circle (verified outage) displaying how many customers are affected. We hope you will find this tool useful and look forward to implementing other tools to provide more sources of information.
